Making a pixel brush in Photoshop is easy! Just grab a strong source image, open it in Photoshop, create a new layer, and use the Clone Stamp Tool to clone pixels from your source image onto the new layer. Once you’re done, go to File > Save As and save your file as a. If everything looks good, go ahead and continue cloning pixels until you’ve covered the entire new layer. Photoshop will automatically clone the pixels from your source image and stamp them down in the new location. Once you’ve found an area with strong contrast, click on it with the Clone Stamp Tool and then click on the area where you want to stamp those pixels down. Now that you have your brush size set, take a look at your source image and find an area with a good amount of contrast.

This can lead to unexpected results and may cause your image to become distorted.

PRO TIP: If you are not familiar with Photoshop, we recommend that you do not attempt to make a pixel brush.
